Donate Equipment:

1. Click on the "Donate Equipment" icon on front page of website.
2. Fill out the simple donation form.
3. Click "Submit."
4. You will receive a thank-you via email.
5. Our staff will contact you and arrange to collect your donation at your convenience.

Order Equipment:

1. Click on "Order Equipment".
2. Select your item.
3. Add selected item to cart.
4. If you wish to search for an additional item select “Continue Shopping” button.
5. When finished, select "Check Out" button.
6. Review your cart and click "Edit Cart" to make changes.
7. When satisfied with selections click "Continue."
8. Fill in the online form, including credit card information.
9. Click “Submit” when finished.
10. Review your order.
11. Click “Continue.”
12. Print a copy of your receipt for your records, if desired.
13. An online copy of the receipt will be sent to you automatically.
14. Allow 2-10 days for delivery (Most orders will ship out UPS the same day and should be delivered within 24 -48 hours).

Become a Partner:

1. Click on "Donate Equipment".
2. Fill out the simple donation form.
3. Click the "Become a Partner" icon.
4. Click "Submit" when finished.
5. You will receive a thank you via email.
6. Our staff will contact you directly within two business days.
